摘 要:研究翻转课堂与传统课堂两种教学模式下,工程经济学课程学习者在线学习行为对学习绩效的影响。利用相关性分析,研究两种教学模式下在线学习行为变量与学习绩效变量的相关性。研究表明,翻转课堂教学模式下在线学习行为因素与学习绩效之间存在显著正相关性;而传统课堂教学模式下,学生在线学习行为与学习绩效之间并不存在显著正相关性。进而提出了线上教学的建议:(1)实施翻转课堂教学模式需在选课阶段注意筛选自我约束强的学生,并在实施过程中监督落后学生;(2)教师可通过增加平台互动、发布互动式教学视频等方式吸引学生对在线学习投入更多精力;(3)传统教学模式亦可通过在线平台,向学生提供课后拓展训练。This paper studies the influence of learners'online learning behaviors on their learning performance under the modes of flipped classroom and traditional classroom in the course of Engineering Economics,respectively.Using correlation analysis,we study the correlation between learner behavior and learning performance.There is a significant positive correlation between students'online learning behavior and learning performance under the flipped classroom teaching mode;while under the traditional classroom teaching mode,there is no significant positive correlation between students'online learning behavior and learning performance.Finally,we provide several suggestions for flipping and traditional teaching modes:(1)To implement the flipped classroom teaching model,it is necessary to pay attention to screening students with strong self-discipline during the course selection,and supervise backward students during the implementation process;(2)Teachers can attract students invest more on online study by increasing platform interaction and publishing interactive teaching videos;(3)The traditional teaching model can also provide practice-oriented training to students through the online platform.
