摘  要:八年制临床医学教学是对医学精英的教育,其目标是培养全面发展的医学科学家,是五年制临床医学基础之上的高层次医科人才培养模式。目前,八年制肿瘤学教学模式在各大院校相对滞后,且缺乏共识,导致培养结果与期望值的差异日渐凸显。作者结合中山大学肿瘤防治中心八年制肿瘤学教学情况,总结目前国内教学现状及困境进行了分析和建议,提出“重科研”“重毕业后教育”的二阶段八年制肿瘤学人才培养体制,有望为进一步完善肿瘤学人才培养提供借鉴。Eight-year clinical medicine program is the education of medical elites.Its goal is to promote all-round development of medical scientists.It is a high-level medical personnel training mode based on five-year clinical medicine.At present,the eight-year oncology teaching mode in colleges and universities is relatively backward,and the lack of consensus,leading to the difference between the training results and expectations is becoming increasingly prominent.Combined with the teaching situation of eight-year program oncology in the cancer prevention and treatment center of Sun Yat sen University,the author summarized the current domestic teaching situation and difficulties,analyzed and proposed a two-stage eight-year program oncology talent training system of"emphasizing scientific research"and"emphasizing post-graduation education",which is expected to provide reference for further improving oncology talent training.
