摘  要:研发了一种基于数值仿真的换流变阀侧出线装置绝缘性能验证系统,由油箱、升高座、套管、出线装置尾端均压球等部分组成。其中独立实验装置以交流百万伏均压球、均压管设计为原型,通过仿真计算,设计出适合特高压阀出线装置试验的整体结构方案。研发特高压换流变阀出线装置的独立试验装置,有助于单独检验阀出线装置的绝缘性能,也助于推进关键组件的国产化研制进程,提升企业的科技创新能力。A verif ication system for the insulation performance of the outlet device on the converter valve side based on numerical simulation has been developed,which is composed of a fuel tank,a riser,a casing,and a pressure equalizing ball at the end of the outlet device.Among them,the independent experimental device is based on the design of AC million volt equalizing ball and equalizing pipe.Through simulation calculation,an overall structure scheme suitable for the test of the UHV valve outlet device is designed.The research a nd development of an independent test device for the outlet device of the UHV converter variable valve helps to independently test the insulation performance of the outlet device of the valve.It also helps to promote the localization of key components and enhance the company's technological innovation capabilities.
