摘  要:控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)作为反应堆结构中唯一的动设备,其稳定可靠运行是核反应堆安全可靠运行的有力保证,尤其是在事故工况下,控制棒驱动机构快速落棒,安全停堆尤为重要。考虑到单个部件的严重故障或多个连续部件中出现一定数量的轻度故障,也会导致CRDM失效。因此本文采用以通用生产函数为基础的CRDM任务可靠性评估模型,以保持功能为例,对CRDM任务可靠性进行了分析。The control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)is the only dynamic equipment in the reactor structure,its stable and reliable operation is a strong guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of nuclear reactor,especially under accident conditions,the control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)rapidly drops the rod and the safe shutdown is particularly important.Considering the serious failure of single component or a certain number of slight faults in multiple continuous components,the failure of CRDM can also be caused.Therefore,the CRDM mission reliability evaluation model based on the general production function is adopted in this paper,and the maintenance function is taken as an example to analyze the CRDM task reliability.
