摘 要:为实现单梁桥式起重机械作业的多元化,部分单梁桥式起重机梁上同一轨道装有两台起重吊装小车,便于同一个工位可以同时实现多种类吊装物的吊装,为避免桥式单梁桥式起重机两台小车作业过程中运行碰撞,采用小车运行互锁方法进行实现。目前安装两台小车的单梁桥式起重机,两小车之间的互锁方式主要采用两种方式:一是红外式,即小车上安装红外发射器,另一台小车安装红外反光板,通过设定红外装置的收发反应距离,确定两小车避免碰撞时的断电动作距离,做到避免两小车在运行过程中因操作问题导致碰撞;二是接触片式,即在单梁桥式起重机大梁上安装接触片,两小车上安装接触器,当其中一台小车运行至接触片时,为避免两小车相撞,小车接触器与接触片接触后,使小车瞬间失电停止运行。In order to realize the diversif ication of single-beam bridge crane operations,some single-beam bridge crane beams are equipped with two hoisting trolleys on the same track,which is convenient for the same station to realize the hoisting of multiple types of hoisting objects at the same time.Two trolleys of the bridge-type single-girder bridge crane are running and collide during operation,and the trolley operation interlocking method is adopted to realize it.At present,the single-girder bridge cranes with two trolleys are mainly interlocked in two ways:one is infrared,that is,the trolley is equipped with an infrared transmitter,and the other trolley is equipped with an infrared ref lector.Determine the transmission and reception response distance of the infrared device,and determine the power-off action distance of the two trolleys when avoiding collisions,so as to avoid the collision of the two trolleys due to operational problems during operation;the second is the contact piece type,that is,on the single-beam bridge crane girder Install the contact piece,and install the contactor on the two trolleys.When one of the trolleys runs to the contact piece,the collision between the two trolleys is not avoided.After the trolley contactor contacts the contact piece,the trolley instantly loses power and stops running.
