摘  要:分析案例教学法联合SP模拟实训教学法应用在心内科教学中的效果及临床应用价值。选取2019年6月至2020年6月在我院开展心内科教学实习学生,按照开展教学方法不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取案例教学法教学模式,观察组采取案例教学法联合SP模拟实训教学法,对比两组教学效果。观察组学习兴趣得分(2.01±0.76)分,临床思维能力得分(2.12±0.62)分,知识点掌握程度得分(1.98±0.91)分,学习效率得分(2.24±0.72)分,课程安排合理性得分(2.24±0.82)分,自学能力得分(1.99±0.94)分,创新性得分(2.16±0.71)分,均高于对照组,组间对比统计学分析具有差异性(P<0.05)。案例教学法联合SP模拟实训教学法应用在心内科教学中能够提升教学效果,值得在临床推广应用。To analyze the effect and clinical application value of case teaching method combined with SP simulation training method in the teaching of cardiology.Students were selected to carry out cardiology teaching practice in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020,and were divided into observation group and control group according to different teaching methods.The control group adopted case teaching method.while the observation group adopted case teaching method combined with SP simulated practical teaching method,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Observation group learning interest score(2.01±0.76),the clinical thinking ability score(2.12±0.62),mastering knowledge score(1.98±0.91),the learning eff iciency score(2.24±0.72),the curriculum rationality(2.24±0.82)points,self-study ability score(1.99±0.94),innovative score(2.16±0.71),are higher than the control group,the contrast analysis of statistics has difference between groups(P<0.05).The application of case teaching method combined with SP practice teaching method can improve the teaching effect in the teaching of cardiology,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
