摘　　要：本文介绍了老挝南欧江发电公司梯级水电站集控中心视频监控系统的建设情况,从用户需求、整体设计思路和建设方案对项目进行了详细介绍,涉及到了大容量光纤通道、多站点视频监控系统,模拟数字融合等较新的技术,项目已经接入4个已建成电站和一个流域集控中心,未来还有完工的电站项目陆续接入。目前整个视频监控系统运行良好,成为提高梯级电站运行管理水平的重要手段。This paper introduces the construction of the video monitoring system in Nam Ou river centralized control center,and introduces the whole project from the perspective of user demand,design idea and construction scheme,involves large capacity optical fiber channel,multiple fusion and other high and new technology,The video monitoring system project has access to the four power stations completed,the system runs well and become the important means of efficient management of the hydropower stations.
