摘  要:为克服传统新能源结算机制无法追补穿越电量的弊端,本文建立集中打捆上网新能源新型结算机制。首先,建立基于主配电网信息融合的电能量采集系统,为电网结算的实时数据采集及新能源场站运行状态的实时监测提供了基础平台;其次,根据各新能源场站的运行状态,建立多场景结算电量计算模型,并采用多场景变换的分时段结算方法对上下网电量进行核算。In order to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional new energy settlement mechanism that can't make up the passing power,this paper establishes a new settlement mechanism for the new energy on the Internet with centralized bundling.Firstly,an electric energy collection system based on the information fusion of the main distribution network is established,which provides a basic platform for the real-time data collection of the grid settlement and the real-time monitoring of the operation status of new energy stations.Secondly,according to the running state of each new energy station,a multi-scenario calculation model of settlement electricity is established,and the time-sharing settlement method of multi-scenario transformation is adopted to calculate the electricity quantity of the upper and lower network.
