地方高校特色档案管理问题与对策研究

摘　　要：特色档案是地方高校档案资源重要的组成部分,是学校十分珍贵且具有独特色彩的宝贵资源。加强高校特色档案资源建设,对于涵养校园人文价值,提升学校精神文化软实力,助推学校各项事业的发展具有重要意义。本文从地方高校特色档案概念以及高校特色档案资源建设的意义入手,分析总结了地方高校特色档案管理现状,并提出了完善地方高校特色档案管理工作的措施,以促进档案管理水平的提升。The characteristic a rchives are ani mportant part of the archives resources of local colleges a nd universities,which are very precious and unique.It is of great signif icance to strengthen the construction of characteristic archives resources in colleges and universities for the cultivation of humanistic values on campus,the promotion of the soft strength of spiritual culture and the promotion of the development of various undertakings.Starting with the concept of characteristic archives in local universities and the signif icance of characteristic archives resource construction in universities,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of characteristic archives management in local universities,and advances some measures for perfecting characteristic archives management in local universities,in order to promote the level of file management.
