现代高校图书馆应急管理机制探析

摘　　要：现代性发展进程中的高校图书馆应急管理,与传统图书馆管理和公共图书馆管理相比较,具有全程性、综合性、强制性和局限性的特点。这也意味着应急管理的机制较之以往应有所区别和侧重。因此,有必要从体系运行机制、监控与预警机制、应急处置与协调机制、事后恢复与评估机制四个方面构建适应现代性发展需要的高校图书馆应急管理。Compared with traditional library management and general library management,the emergency management of university library in the process of modern development has the characteristics of the whole process,comprehensiveness,coerciveness and limitation.This also means that mechanisms for emergency management should be different and more focused than in the past.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the emergency management of university libraries to meet the needs of modern development from four aspects:system operation mechanism,monitoring and early warning mechanism,emergency response and coordination mechanism,post-recovery and evaluation mechanism.
