摘　　要：以陕西省富平县矿区专用公路为例,在进行一期、二期公路工程可行性研究中,对评价范围内的公路进行交通量预测及服务水平评价。将预测的远景交通量分为背景交通量和新增交通量,建立回归预测模型,基于弹性系数法确定背景交通量的增长率;根据矿区建设规模及规划产量确定新增交通量。对评价范围内的道路进行服务水平评价并提出建议。Taking the special highway in mining area of Fuping county of Shaanxi province as an example,the traffic volume prediction and service level evaluation of the highway within the evaluation scope were carried out in the feasibility study of the first and second stage highway engineering.The predicted future traffic volume is divided into background traffic volume and new traffic volume,the regression prediction model is established,and the growth rate of background traffic volume is determined based on the elastic coefficient method.The new traffic volume shall be determined according to the mining area construction scale and planned output.To evaluate the service level of the roads within the evaluation scope and put forward suggestions.
