摘  要:绝缘电阻是反映导电线路安全性的重要指标,当导电线路受热、受潮、绝缘层材料老化破损,其绝缘电阻便会降低,从而造成电器设备漏电击伤人或短路事故的发生。在用电动单梁起重机导电线路多附着在其钢结构上,并随设备在高空运行,如何对主电路绝缘电阻进行测量,如何避免检验人员高空检验的危险性,数年来起重行业一直在不断探索寻求一种检测结果准确,检验人员安全,检测方法快捷便利的检测方法检验工艺。本文主要讨论在用电动单梁起重机主回路绝缘电阻的测量方法,现场检验中存在的问题,并就如何避免检验人员高空作业,保证测量数据准确可靠,提出检验工艺检测方法的改进措施。Insulation resistance is an important index to reflect the safety of conductive line.When the conductive line is heated and damped,the insulation layer material is aging and damaged,the insulation resistance will be reduced,which will cause electric leakage,electric shock or short circuit accident of electrical equipment.In the use of electric single beam crane,the conductive line is mostly attached to its steel structure,and along with the equipment running at high altitude,how to measure the insulation resistance of the main circuit,how to avoid the risk of high-altitude inspection by inspectors,the lifting industry has been constantly exploring for a kind of inspection method and inspection process with accurate detection results,safety of inspectors,fast and convenient detection method.This paper mainly discusses the measurement method of insulation resistance of main circuit of electric single beam crane and the problems existing in the field inspection,and puts forward the improvement measures on how to avoid the inspection personnel working at height and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement data.
