摘 要:工业废水具有毒性、刺激性和腐蚀性,目前废水处理中需要将物理法、化学法和生物法相结合应用组合处理流程,进而实现污水排放达标。固定化微生物处理污水技术具有代谢增殖快、微生物密度高、反应效率高、污泥产量小、耐冲击性好等优点,其应用也越来越广泛。本文从工艺和原理出发深入介绍了新型固定化微生物处理工业废水技术,并提出最关键的技术点和工艺过程,为工业化污水的治理提出新的解决措施和思路。Industrial wastewater is toxic,irritant and corrosive.At present,it is necessary to combine physical method,chemical method and biological method to apply the combined treatment process in wastewater treatment,so as to achieve the sewage discharge standard.Immobilized microbial wastewater treatment technology has the advantages of fast metabolism and proliferation,high microbial density,high reaction efficiency,small sludge yield,good impact resistance and so on,and its application is more and more widely.This paper introduces the new immobilized microorganism treatment technology of industrial wastewater from the process and principle,and puts forward the most critical technical points and process,and puts forward new solutions and ideas for the treatment of industrial wastewater.
