摘　　要：针对爆炸焊接工艺参数多、经验计算公式复杂、计算过程逻辑复杂、人工计算易出错等问题,利用Visual Basic软件进行编程,开发适合双金属爆炸焊接参数选择系统,以方便工业生产中双金属复合板爆炸焊接参数选择。所开发的系统建立了异质金属材料性能数据库,可实现双金属爆炸焊接可焊性窗口的自动绘制,同时可定量计算任意双金属爆炸焊接理论最佳工艺参数。In view of the problems of numerous explosion welding process parameters,complex empirical calculation formulas,complex calculation process logic and proneness to errors in manual calculation,etc.,a parameter selection system suitable for bimetal explosive welding is developed using Visual Basic,so as to facilitate the selection of explosive welding parameters of bimetal clad plate in industrial production.The developed system contains a database of heterogeneous metal material properties and can automatically draw the weldability window of bimetal explosive welding and quantitatively calculate the“theoretically best”explosive welding process parameters for bimetal clad plate.
