摘  要:作为新型绿色发电技术,固体燃料电池(Solid Oxide Fuel Cell,SOFC)具有能量转换效率高、低污染、运行稳定可靠等优点,目前已在发电、热电联供和燃料电池汽车等领域得到应用。根据SOFC的基本原理、结构组成和特点,从阴极材料、阳极材料、电解质材料和连接材料等方向分析了固体燃料电池的研究现状,并探讨了其应用前景。高温型燃料电池的操作温度高、电池寿命较短且制造成本有待降低。镥掺杂铈酸锶(Lu:SrCeO_(3))等中温燃料电池通过选取高催化活性的电极材料和具有高的氧离子传导率的电解质材料来实现电池的中温化,能够有效解决高温型燃料电池的存在的缺点。镥掺杂铈酸锶(Lu:SrCeO_(3))等中温燃料电池能够提升电池的整体性能指标,降低整体制造成本和运行成本,加速SOFC产业化的发展。As a new type of green power generation technology,Solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)has the advantages of high energy conversion efficiency,low pollution,stable and reliable operation,and has been applied in the fields of power generation,cogeneration,and fuel cell vehicles.In this paper,the basic principle,structure and characteristics of SOFC are briefly analyzed.The research status of solid fuel cells is analyzed from cathode materials,anode materials,electrolyte materials and connecting materials,and its application prospects are discussed.High-temperature fuel cells feature as high operating temperatures,short battery life,and the manufacturing costs need to be reduced.The medium temperature fuel cell such as ytterbium doped strontium bismuth sulphate(Lu:SrCeO_(3))can effectively solve the above problems by selecting a high catalytic activity electrode material and an electrolyte material having high oxygen ion conductivity to realize the intermediate temperature of the battery.Medium-temperature fuel cells such as ytterbium-doped strontium sulphate(Lu:SrCeO_(3))can improve the overall performance of the battery,reduce overall manufacturing costs and operating costs,and accelerate the industrialization of SOFC.
