摘　　要：文献传递是图书馆一项重要的读者服务工作,在数十年发展之后逐渐进入衰退期,以广东省科技图书馆/广东省科学院信息研究所文献传递服务为例,文献传递申请总量逐年下降但文献获取难度明显增加。针对当下图书馆文献传递服务的时效性、宣传策略、人员素质、管理观念、版权意识等存在问题提出相应建议,以促进文献充分利用和读者便利服务。Document delivery is an important reader service work in libraries, which gradually enters the decline period after decades of development. This paper takes the document delivery service of Guangdong Science and Technology Library/Institute of Information, Guangdong Academy of Sciences as an example, and finds that the total number of document delivery applications has decreased year by year, but the difficulty of document acquisition has increased significantly. The paper puts forward corresponding recommendations for the existing problems in the current library document delivery service from the aspects of service timeliness, publicity strategy, personnel quality, management concept and copyright awareness, in order to promote the full use of literature and bring convenience to readers.
