摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生事业迅速发展,人们对于健康服务水平的要求越来越高,对临床输血工作者提出了新的挑战。而传统的“填鸭式”教育存在明显短板,为了提高输血专业毕业生的工作能力,满足临床工作需要,某医学院校以胜任力模型为工具,总结临床输血工作中表现优秀者所需具备的外显性特征、内隐性特征以及这些特征对个人工作能力的影响。以职业胜任力为导向,通过壮大教学师资队伍以及应用新型教育方式等,培养同时具备这些外显性特征和内隐性特征的高素质临床输血人才,全面提高学生的专业知识、职业技能、社会技能和职业素质,确保临床工作中的输血质量和安全,提供更加可靠、优质的输血服务。With the rapid development of China's medical and health undertakings,people's requirements for health service level are getting higher and higher,and new challenges have been put forward to clinical transfusion workers.However,the traditional"cramming"educational mode has showed obvious shortcomings.In order to improve the work ability of graduates majoring in blood transfusion and meet the needs of clinical work,a medical college takes the competency model as a tool,summarizes which dominant and recessive characteristics are required for excellent performance in clinical transfusion work and how these characteristics affect an individual's work ability.And the medical college carries on the research of new educational mode with occupational competency as the guide by expanding the teaching staff,using new educational methods.The aim is to cultivate high quality clinical transfusion talents which equipped with both dominant and recessive characteristics.They also want to comprehensively improve students'professional knowledge,occupational skills,social skills and professional quality.So that they could ensure the quality and safety of blood transfusion in clinical work and provide more reliable and high-quality services.
