摘  要:通过拉伸试验测试发动机关键部件金属材料随温度变化的力学性能,采用闪光法测试金属材料的导热系数和比热性能,获得金属材料随温度变化的性能参数。分别使用AVL公司数据库中AC4CH的材料性能参数和测试获得的参数对某缸内直喷汽油机热-固耦合仿真分析,获得缸盖的温度分布,并与实测温度进行对比,研究测试数据的适用性。结果表明,采用测试数据的缸盖仿真温度与缸盖实测温度更接近,可作为相关仿真分析的输入。Tensile test is used to test the mechanical properties of the metal materials of the key parts of the engine with the change of temperature.Flash method is used to measure the thermal conductivity and specific heat of the metal materials,and the performance parameters of the metal materials with the change of temperature are obtained.The thermal stress of cylinder head is simulated and analyzed by using the material parameters of AC4CH in AVL database and the parameter data obtained from the test,and then compared with the actual measured temperature of cylinder head to investigate the applicability of the test data.The results show that the simulated temperature by using test data is similar to the measured temperature of the cylinder head,which can be used as the input of related simulation analysis.
