摘  要:使用冶金轧钢机械能够高率辅助相关操作者的完成轧钢作业,然而冶金轧钢机械极易出现润滑不畅导致故障的状况,冶金轧钢过程对于生产条件需求比较严格,假如相关装备缺少润滑,不但制约相关装备的平稳运转,并且影响总体工作效率的提升。所以对于相关装设周期性实施行之有效的润滑是非常重要的工序。本文针对相关装备润滑系统产生各类故障的普遍原因实施深入探讨,对于润滑保养的措施实施了研究,并且给出了相应的预防解决方案及措施。The use of metallurgical steel rolling machinery can assist related operators in completing steel rolling operations at a high rate.However,metallurgical steel rolling machinery is prone to failures caused by poor lubrication.The metallurgical steel rolling process requires strict production conditions.If the relevant equipment lacks lubrication,not only It restricts the smooth operation of related equipment and affects the improvement of overall work efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to periodically implement effective lubrication for related installations.This article implements an in-depth discussion on the common causes of various failures in the lubrication system of related equipment,implements research on lubrication maintenance measures,and gives corresponding preventive solutions and measures.
