摘  要:依据国家相关标准,对某新能源装备公司X射线探伤机项目周围辐射环境进行监测,根据监测结果评价辐射防护效果并提出合理可行的建议。在工作状态下,探伤室周围环境X-γ辐射剂量率监测结果范围为(55.1~251.1)nGy/h,低于《工业X射线探伤放射防护要求》(GBZ117-2015)所规定的2.5μGy/h的标准限值,职业工作人员和公众的年有效累积剂量低于《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》(GB18871-2002)中规定的标准限值。该项目基本落实了辐射安全管理制度和辐射安全防护各项措施,对周围环境产生的影响较小。Based on the relevant national standards,the radiation environment around the X-ray flaw detector project in a new energy equipment company is monitored.The radiation protection effect is evaluated according to the monitoring results,and then some reasonable and feasible suggestions are put forward.Under the working conditions,the monitoring value range of X-γ radiation dose rate around the flaw detection room is(55.1~251.1)nGy/h,which is lower than the standard limit of 2.5μGy/h specif ied in Requirement for Radiological Protection in Industrial X-ray Radiography(GBZ117-2015).The annual ef fective cumulative dose of occupational workers and public personnel is lower than the standard limits specified in Basic Standards for Protection Against Ionizing Radiation and for the Safety of Radiation Sources(GB18871-2002).The radiation safety management system and radiation safety protection measures are basically implemented in this project,which has little impact on the surrounding environment.
