阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法100例冠心病患者,根据治疗方法不同分为参照组和观察组,每组50例。参照组患者采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组患者采用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者TG(1.31±0.13)mmol/L、TC(2.14±1.01)mmol/L、LDL-C(1.90±0.03)mmol/L低于参照组的(1.93±0.38)、(4.15±1.26)、(2.01±0.05)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.05±0.05)mmol/L高于参照组的(0.98±0.02)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于参照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀在冠心病患者治疗中联合应用,可有效改善患者的血脂水平以及临床症状,治疗效果更为显著,用药安全性较高,有较高的临床应用和推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into reference group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine and atorvastatin.The blood lipid indicators[triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]levels and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TG(1.31±0.13)mmol/L,TC(2.14±1.01)mmol/L and LDL-C(1.90±0.03)mmol/L of the observation group were lower than(1.93±0.38),(4.15±1.26)and(2.01±0.05)mmol/L of the reference group,and the HDL-C(1.05±0.05)mmol/L was higher than(0.98±0.02)mmol/L of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 20.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of trimetazidine and atorvastatin shows remarkable effect in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,and it can effectively improve the blood lipid and clinical symptoms with high safety.It contains high clinical application and promotion value.
