摘 要:随着城镇老旧小区改造工程的推进,如何实现快速且可靠评估既有建筑物加固改造后的抗震性能具有重要的实用价值。以Lab VIEW为开发平台,基于现场微振动检测技术与性能评估理论研究成果,结合我国现行抗震设计规范,研发了适用于加固改造后既有建筑物的抗震性能评估系统。其中,利用力平衡传感器与动态采集仪实现结构响应的数据拾取,采集数据分析处理后可实现快速识别结构动力特性参数,进而,通过建立动态参数与性能指标的关联性对既有结构的抗震能力进行评估。最后,以某实际加固改造工程为例,通过对比该系统检测分析与基于ANSYS数值分析的计算结果,验证了所研发系统具有良好的可靠性和工程适用性,可为类似既有钢筋混凝土结构抗震性能的评估提供技术支持。With the advance of urban old residential renovation,how to quickly and reliably evaluate the seismic performance of existing buildings after reinforcement and reconstruction has an important practical value.In this paper,combining with Chinese current seismic design specifications,a seismic performance evaluation system was developed for strengthened existing buildings using the LabVIEW platform,based on the research results of on-site ambient vibration measurement technology and performance evaluation theory.Among them,the force balance sensor and dynamic acquisition instrument were used to record the data of structural response.After the data analysis and processing,the structural dynamic characteristic parameters can be quickly identified.Furthermore,the seismic capacity of existing structures can be evaluated by establishing the correlation between dynamic parameters and performance indicators.Finally,on the basis of a practical strengthened existing building project,the proposed system is found to possess good reliability and engineering applicability by comparing the results of the system detection and numerical analysis based on ANSYS.Thus,it can provide technical support for seismic performance evaluation of similar existing reinforced concrete structures.
