基于模型试验的衡重式桩板挡墙内力变化规律研究

摘  要:衡重式桩板挡墙由于设置卸荷板,改变了上部肋柱与下部桩身的弯矩分布,优化了挡墙内力,挡墙内力变化规律的研究有助于该结构设计参数的合理选取,为墙身配筋计算提供依据。设计了模型与原型尺寸比为1∶7的衡重式桩板挡墙模型,通过卸荷板埋深与宽度不同组合18组模型试验,分析挡墙内力的变化规律。结果表明:(1)板埋深相同时,随着板宽的增大,板以上挡墙弯矩值基本不变,且趋于零;板以下至地表处挡墙弯矩绝对值增加,地表以下挡墙弯矩减小。(2)板宽B=0.4 m、0.5 m、0.6 m时,随着板埋深的增大,板上部肋柱弯矩增加,桩身最大弯矩绝对值减小。(3)从板下弯矩包络面积最小及桩身与肋柱最大弯矩绝对值之比接近于2。两者综合考虑,使得挡墙弯矩分布最为合理的板宽、埋深的最佳组合为B=0.5 m、h=0.9 m与B=0.6 m、h=0.6 m。Due to the setting of the unloading-board,the bending moment distribution of the upper rib pillar and the lower pile are changed and the internal force of sheet pile wall with relieving platform is optimized.The study on the variation law of the retaining wall internal force is helpful to the reasonable selection of design parameters of the structure,and provides a basis for the calculation of reinforcement of the retaining wall.An experimental model of sheet pile wall with relieving platform with the size ratio of 1∶7 of the model and the prototype was designed,and the variation of internal force of the retaining wall was analyzed through 18 groups of model tests with different buried depth and width of unloading-board.The results show that,(1)With the increase of board width,the bending moment of the retaining wall above the board is basically unchanged and tends to zero;The absolute bending moment of the retaining wall between the below board and the surface increases,while the bending moment of the retaining wall below the surface decreases.(2)When B=0.4 m,0.5 m and 0.6 m,with the increase of the buried depth of the board,the bending moment of the upper rib pillar increases and the absolute value of the maximum bending moment of the pile decreases.(3)Considering the minimum enveloping area of the bending moment under the plate and the ratio of the absolute value of maximum bending moment between the pile and the rib pillar is close to 2,the optimal combination of board width and buried depth for the most reasonable bending moment distribution is B=0.5 m,h=0.9 m and B=0.6 m,h=0.6 m.
