摘 要:生鲜货物对于质量的高要求使得冷藏集装箱的运输效率被广泛重视,港口装卸作业由于供电中断的特点,在很大程度上决定了冷藏集装箱的货物质量损失。为定量分析不同货物在港口装卸作业中的质量变化,本文利用仿真平台建立了冷藏集装箱港口装卸作业系统仿真模型。算例结果显示,香蕉、牛肉和虾类三种货物对应的理想断电时间分别为60分钟、36分钟和42分钟,为控制货物质量损失,集卡的等待时间应缩减18%以上。Due to the high quality requirements for fresh goods,much more attention has been paid to the transport efficiency of refrigerated container.The loading and unloading operation is always affected by break-off of power supply,which results in the quality loss of cargos in refrigerated containers to a high extent.In order to carry out quantitative analysis of the quality changes of different cargos in port handling operation,a model of refrigerated container handling system is built by using the simulation platform.The results show that the accepted outage time of 60 minutes,36 minutes and 42 minutes correspond to banana,beef and shrimp respectively.In order to control the quality loss of goods,the waiting time of container trucks should be reduced by more than 18%.
