摘 要:作为曹妃甸港区第一座大型专业化煤炭码头,唐山港曹妃甸港区煤炭码头工程位于一港池西岸线南端,共布置5个5~10万t级泊位,设计年通过能力为5000万t。本工程布局中充分考虑与续建工程的合理结合,将多项创新技术应用到设计中,包括四车翻车机、遮帘式深水钢板桩码头结构以及散货堆场偏沟排水分级沉淀排水系统、干雾抑尘技术等。本工程的建设对支持我国在“北煤南运”的能源运输格局长期存在情况下经济持续发展,充分发挥大秦线扩能效益具有重要意义,同时也使曹妃甸港区的综合竞争力得到了明显提升。The first large-scale specialized coal terminal at Caofeidian harbor of Tangshan port is located at south end of the western coastal line of harbor basin No.1,including five berths for ships within the range of 50000~100000 tons,the design annual capacity is 50 million tons in total.By fully considering the subsequent project in an integral layout,several innovative technologies are applies in the design,such as four-wagon dumper,fully-curtained deepwater steel sheet piled wharf,partial ditch drainage and graded sedimentation system,and dry fog dust-suppression technique etc.The construction of this project is of great significance in China's sustainable economic development under long-term energy transportation pattern,i.e.coal from north to south,and it also gives full play to the energy expansion of Datong-Qinhuangdao railway.At the same time,the comprehensive competitiveness of Caofeidian harbor has been improved greatly.
