摘  要:钢丝绳由多根高强度钢丝捻制而成,具有强度高、柔性好、承载力强等特点,在矿山、码头、交通等领域得到了广泛的应用。根据钢丝绳的几何结构特点,建立了7×7交互捻的钢丝绳三维有限元模型,并分析了钢丝直径、中心股捻距、外层股捻距和整绳捻距对钢丝绳周期性的影响。采用ANSYS进行优化参数的有限元模型进行静态拉伸载荷下的应力-应变曲线和各钢丝的应力状态分析,并分析了第一强度理论和第三强度理论的适用性。建立的钢丝绳三维有限元模型及应力状态分析与静态拉伸试验结果吻合良好,表明了建立的钢丝绳三维有限建模的有效性,具有重要的工程意义和实用价值。Steel wire rope which was mode of several high strength steel wires has the characteristics of high strength,good flexibility,strong load capacity and has been widely used in mining,wharf,transportation and other fields. A 3-D finite element model of 7×7 steel wire rope was established and the influence of wire diameter,center strand lay distance,out strand lay distance and whole rope lay distance on the periodicity of wire rope was investigated. The static tensile stress-strain curve and stress condition were analyzed by using ANSYS with the optimized finite element model,and the applicability of the first strength theory and the third strength theory was also studied. The result of steel wire rope model and stress condition and tensile experiment were in good agreement,which showed the 3-D steel wire rope finite element model was effective and has great engineering significance and practical value.
