摘  要:对某飞机的副翼、襟翼和方向舵操纵钢索的定期检查及更换后钢索的宏观形貌及微观形貌的分析,找出钢索过度磨损原因。根据某型飞机的副翼、襟翼和方向舵操纵钢索的结构设计特点及其磨损痕迹的特征,采用接触式和非接触式磨损试验进行钢索磨损模拟,非接触式磨损试验结果表明钢索磨损处形貌及微观磨损痕迹与钢索过度磨损情况相符,由此提出了增加张力或减小跨度的方式来减少该型飞机操纵钢索磨损的改进措施。In order to find out the cause of excessive wear of the control cables,the regular inspection of the aileron,flap and rudder control cables of an aircraft and the analysis of the macro and micro appearance of the replaced cables are carried out. According to the structural design characteristics of the aileron,flap and rudder control cables of a certain type of aircraft and the characteristics of their wear traces,the contact and non-contact wear tests are used to simulate the cable wear. The non-contact wear test results show that the morphology and micro wear traces of the cable wear are consistent with the excessive wear of the cable. Therefore,the ways to increase the tension or reduce the span are proposed The improvement measures to reduce the wear of the control cable of this type of aircraft.
