摘  要:针对客车车身骨架在实际工作过程中的疲劳问题进行分析,找出结构疲劳的微观机理,采用有限元方法对客车车身骨架的水平弯曲和极限弯扭工况进行了静力学计算,得到了应力分布,在此基础上采用累积破坏法,获取了客车结构在一定载荷循环次数下的损伤度。The fatigue characteristics of bus body frame in actual working process was studied. Process and the microscopic mechanism of structure fatigue were analyzed. The statics calculation of bus body structure in the condition of horizontal bending and extreme bending and twisting was carried out with finite element method and the stress distribution was obtained. On the basis of the calculation result,the fatigue life was analyzed with cumulative damage method and the damage degree under certain cycles was obtained.
