摘　　要：视觉技术与机器人结合已经成为汽车行业进一步提升智能制造水平的重要方式。根据iRvision-2D视觉系统组成及原理,对iRvision视觉系统引导机器人在抓件领域的应用情况进行分析,找出其应用特性与方法,为后续焊装车间的视觉应用提供了理论与实践应用方向。The combination of vision technology and robot has become an important way for the automotive industry to further improve the level of intelligent manufacturing. According to the composition and principle of irvision-2d vision system, this paper analyzes the application of irvision vision vision system guided robot in the field of grasping parts,finds out its application characteristics and methods,and provides theoretical and practical application direction for the visual application of subsequent welding workshop.
