摘　　要：由于新型内框纸与传统内框纸的印刷和切割形状完全不同,对新型内框纸使用后出现了一系列的质量缺陷和故障进行分析,找出其原因是在使用新型内框纸的过程中,由于五号轮对内框纸限位效果差,导致出现了一系列的故障,为此,对五号轮提出了相应的改进措施,保障新型内框纸的顺利生产。Because the printing and cutting shape of the new type inner frame paper is completely different from the traditional inner frame paper,a series of quality defects and faults appear after the use of the new type inner frame paper. The reason is that in the process of using the new type inner frame paper,due to the poor limit effect of the inner frame paper of wheel 5,a series of faults have occurred. Therefore,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward for wheel 5 The construction ensures the smooth production of new type inner frame paper.
