摘　　要：设计了一种小型多功能锯切一体机:主要由驱动机构、摆动机构、进给机构及定距调节机构等组成,通过电机及曲柄摇杆带动手锯往复运动来实现切割,由电机及丝杆及螺母的配合,实现定距移动,达到进给。将锯条更换为电热丝后,还可以进行塑料及泡沫的切割,产品结构简单,效率较高,可以填补锯床与手锯之间的市场空白。A small multifunctional sawing machine is designed,which is mainly composed of driving mechanism,swinging mechanism,feeding mechanism and fixed distance adjusting mechanism. The motor and crank rocker drive the hand saw to move back and forth to realize cutting, and the motor,screw rod and nut cooperate to realize fixed distance movement and feed. After changing the saw blade into the electric heating wire,it can also cut the plastic and foam. The product has simple structure and high efficiency. It can fill the market gap between the saw and the hand saw.
