摘 要:结合软接触电磁连铸技术的发展现状,系统综述了软接触电磁连铸结晶器内保护渣的流入、传热和润滑等冶金行为的变化规律,并提出了今后的研究方向。为软接触电磁连铸技术的发展及工业化应用提供了理论指导,有利于助推软接触电磁连铸技术的产业化进程。Combined with the development status of soft contact electromagnetic continuous casting technology,the changing rules of metallurgical behaviors such as flux inflow,heat transfer and lubrication in soft contact electromagnetic continuous casting mold were systematically reviewed,and the future research direction was put forward.It provides theoretical guidance for the development and industrial application of soft contact electromagnetic continuous casting technology,and helps to promote the industrialization process of soft contact electromagnetic continuous casting technology.
