摘 要:通过化学成分、微观组织、断口电镜扫描分析、材料性能对比等手段,分析了电弧螺柱焊用圆柱头SWRCH15A焊钉敲击检验时焊口断裂的原因,并提出了改进措施。结果显示:不同厂家、性能相似的材料在相同焊接方式和检验方式下进行焊接敲击对比试验,焊口均有断裂发生,且断裂形貌相同;拉拔改制会对材料力学性能产生影响,造成材料屈强比升高,塑性降低。说明断裂与材料性能、显微组织和厂家无明显对应关系。断口电镜扫描检验结果显示:断口处存在焊接未熔合区,该焊接缺陷直接导致了敲击检验断裂的发生。By means of chemical composition,microstructure,SEM analysis of fracture surface and comparison of material properties,this paper analyzes the causes of weld fracture of cylindrical head stud SWRCH15A used for arc stud welding during knocking inspection,and puts forward improvement measures.The results show that all the welded joints of the materials from different manufacturers with similar properties are fractured under the same welding method and inspection method,and the fracture morphology is the same;the mechanical properties of the material will be affected by drawing,resulting in the increasing of yield ratio and the decreasing of plasticity.It proves that there is no obvious corresponding relationship between fracture and material properties,microstructure and manufacturer.The results of scanning electron microscope showed that there was no-fusion zone at the fracture,which directly led to the percussion inspection fracture.
