摘　　要：目的调查湖南省某地一起医院内新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,分析传播因素,为疫情防控提供参考。方法对病例及密切接触者进行流行病学调查和核酸检测,对可疑暴露现场开展现场卫生学调查,根据调查信息进行综合分析。结果病例A为湖北来源输入性病例,在医院呼吸科ICU无负压的临时隔离单间可能将新型冠状病毒传播给靠近隔离门的病例B,病例B转至普通病房后,又将病毒传播给了2位陪护家属(无症状感染者C、D)和相邻床位的病例E。结论新型冠状病毒在无负压的临时隔离单间病房,可能传播给临近床位的患者,医院隔离病房需按标准建设并加强感染控制措施,避免院内传播。Objective To survey a suspected hospital-transmitted COVID-19 outbreak in a city of Hunan Province,and to analyze the transmission factors so as to provide references for prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Epidemiological investigation and nucleic acid test were carried out on cases and their close contacts,and on-site hygienic investigation was conducted at suspected exposure sites.Results Case A was a domestically-imported COVID-19 case from Hubei.In temporary isolation single room without negative pressure of respiratory intensive care unit(RICU)in the hospital,case A possibly spread COVID-19 to case B near the isolation gate.After transferring to the general ward of pneumology department,case B spread COVID-19 to the two family escorts(case C and case D)and the patient on the adjacent bed(case E).Conclusion The COVID-19 in the temporary isolation single room without negative pressure may be transmitted to the patients on the adjacent beds.Hospital isolation wards should be built according to the standards and infection control measures should be reinforced so as to avoid nosocomial transmission.
