摘 要:本文针对开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance Motor,简称SRM)的效率优化控制问题,进行了开通角关断角的角度优化和角度位置控制模式的优化研究,提出了一种新型角度位置控制模式,在实现电机恒功率运行的基础上,可以在不同转速和转矩下得到使转矩安培比最大的角度组合,从而实现SRM高效运行。本文以一台1.1kW的三相12/8极SRM为样机,搭建了新型角度位置控制仿真模型,仿真结果验证了本文方法可以有效提高电机运行效率。In this paper,for the efficiency optimization control problem of Switched reluctance motor(SRM),the angle optimization of turn-on and turn-off angle and the optimization of angle position control mode are studied,and a new type of angle position control mode is proposed.On the basis of realizing the constant power operation of the motor,the angle combination that maximizes the torque ampere ratio can be obtained at different speeds and torques,so as to realize the high-efficient operation of the SRM.This paper uses a 1.1kW three-phase 12/8 pole SRM as a prototype to build a new type of angle position control simulation model.The simulation results verify that the method in this paper can effectively improve the efficiency of the motor.
