视频监控在一起物流仓库火灾调查中的运用

摘　　要：本文介绍一起简易钢结构物流仓库火灾事故原因的调查过程,着重说明利用物流仓库北侧视频监控录像认定起火时间、起火部位和起火点的过程,通过对电器仓库内电视机、洗衣机、冰箱和空调等物品的摆放高度和位置进行还原,分析对胶水仓库1#火源、电器仓库2#火源等错误起火部位的排除过程。在火灾调查的基础上分析视频监控在火调中的应用,以及运用视频监控技术在火调中需要注意的相关问题。This paper introduces a simple steel logistics warehouse fire accident cause investigation process,emphasize using logistics warehouse on video surveillance video time fire,fire area and the process of the fire,through to the electrical appliances within the warehouse the goods such as TV sets,washing machines,refrigerators and air conditioners put height and position of reduction,analysis of glue 2#1#warehouse fire,electrical warehouse fire out process of mistakes such as the fire area.On the basis of fire investigation,this paper analyzes the application of video monitoring in fire regulation,and the related problems that should be paid attention to when using video monitoring technology in fire regulation.
