信息化教学技术在“1+X”失智老年人照护职业技能等级证书培训教学中的应用与探讨

摘　　要：信息化教学技术,是利用信息化的科学技术手段,将知识和技能构建成学生自己的体验,让学生能够主动地参与到学习过程,并获取知识和技能。本研究在“双高建设”以及“职教20条”等背景下,采用信息化教学技术运用在“1+X”失智老年人照护职业技能等级证书培训教学中,有96%的学生顺利通过技能等级考试。同时学生通过学习养成自主学习的习惯,培养了自主探究学习能力,为以后成人阶段自主学习打下基础。最后,为教师节约时间资源,减轻教师负担,也使学生更好利用碎片化时间达到合理安排时间的目的,使学校正常教学与培训有序进行,因此信息化教学技术在相关等级证书培训教学的应用,值得进一步推广。Information teaching technology is the use of information science and technology means to build knowledge and skills into students'own experience,so that students can actively participate in the learning process and acquire knowledge and skills.In this study,under the background of"double high construction"and"20 items of vocational education",the information-based teaching technology was used in the"1+X"nursing vocational skill level certificate training teaching for the mentally retarded elderly.Finally,96%of the students passed the skill level examination successfully.At the same time,students develop the habit of autonomous learning,cultivate the ability of autonomous inquiry learning,and lay the foundation for autonomous learning in the adult stage.Finally,for teachers to save time resources,reduce the burden of teachers,but also make students better use of fragmented time,to achieve the purpose of reasonable arrangement of time,so that the school normal teaching and training in an orderly manner,so the application of information technology in the relevant level of certificate training teaching,is worth further promotion.
