摘  要:针对城市地铁隧道盾构掘进过程中出渣问题,介绍当前存在的波状挡边输送机出渣工艺和高倾角压带式输送机出渣工艺机设备,并对两种垂直提升系统在隧道施工中应用进行分析研究。工程实际应用表明,高倾角压带式输送机在城市隧道文明施工中较好地解决了粘性渣土清扫问题,在隧道渣土垂直提升中优势更加明显,更有利于促进我国隧道施工工法改进,对隧道渣土垂直提升有一定的借鉴意义。Aiming at the problem of slag discharge during shield tunneling of urban subway tunnel,this paper introduces the existing slag discharge technology of corrugated edge conveyor and high inclination pressure belt conveyor,and analyzes the application of two kinds of vertical lifting systems in tunnel construction.Through the practical application of the project,it shows that the high inclination pressure belt conveyor in the civilized construction of urban tunnel can better solve the cleaning problem of viscous slag,and has more obvious advantages in the vertical lifting of tunnel slag,which is more conducive to promoting the improvement of tunnel construction method in China,and has certain reference significance for the vertical lifting of tunnel slag.
