摘　　要：随着智能无人驾驶技术的快速迭代,为支撑汽车迈向电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化等发展方向,智能无人驾驶测试设备开发的重要性日益突出。但在智能驾驶测试设备新产品研发项目管理过程中,由于产品系统结构复杂,参与项目人员较多,项目团队组建、项目计划制定等一直困扰着企业新产品研发推进速度,甚至成为导致企业新产品研发成败的决定性因素,本文就智能驾驶测试设备新产品研发项目团队组建与计划制定方法进行探讨。With the rapid iteration of intelligent driverless technology,in order to support the development of electric,intelligent,networked,and shared vehicles,the importance of the development of intelligent driverless test equipment has become increasingly prominent.However,in the process of R&D project management for new products of intelligent driving test equipment,due to the complex structure of the product system,many people involved in the project,project team formation,project planning,etc.have been plagued by the speed of the company's new product development and development,and even become the cause of the company's new product The decisive factor of R&D failure,this article discusses the method of team formation and plan formulation of the new product R&D project of intelligent driving test equipment.
