企业安全生产应急管理中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：铁路行业在国家发展过程中具备积极意义,与国民生活息息相关,随着一些新技术的应用,铁路行业安全风险问题的出现几率相应提升,相关部门需要对其提高重视程度。本文根据以往工作经验,对应急管理在企业安全生产过程中的作用进行总结,并从坚持实事求是原则、强化应急设施建设、开展精细化安全生产、做好应急预案管理、做好应急预案落实工作、构件完善的奖罚制度、做好应急管理工作评估七方面,论述了企业安全生产应急管理问题的解决对策。The railway industry has a positive significance in the process of national development,and is closely related to national life.With the application of some new technologies,the probability of safety risk problems in the railway industry increases accordingly,and the relevant departments need to pay more attention to it.According to the previous work experience,this paper summarizes the role of emergency management in the process of enterprise safety production,and discusses the enterprise safety and health management from seven aspects:adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts,strengthening the construction of emergency facilities,carrying out fine safety production,doing a good job in emergency plan management,doing a good job in the implementation of emergency plan,perfecting the reward and punishment system,and doing a good job in the evaluation of emergency management.
