摘  要:针对体育健身器材用碳纤维织物的压缩成型特性问题,本研究从碳纤维织物的编织方式和定型剂含量两个方面,通过实验研究了不同方式编织的两种碳纤维织物,在压缩过程中预定型织物的初始厚度、压缩时间、松弛能力之间的关系,以及压缩结束后其松弛率和回弹变形占比情况。实验结果表明,压缩过程中,两种碳纤维织物的厚度均随应力的增加而减小,应力均随压缩时间的增加而增加,压缩时间均随定型剂含量的增加而增大,松弛能力随定型剂含量增加而增强。压缩结束后,两种碳纤维预定型织物的松弛率随定型剂含量增加而逐渐增大,两种碳纤维预定型织物的弹性回弹变形占比均逐渐减小,粘弹性回弹变形占比均逐渐增加,永久变形占比均增加。In view of the compression molding characteristics of carbon fiber fabrics used in sports fitness equipment,this paper studies two carbon fiber fabrics woven in different ways from two aspects:the weaving method of carbon fiber fabrics and the content of setting agent.The relationship between the initial thickness of the fabric,compression time,and relaxation capacity,as well as the percentage of relaxation rate and rebound deformation after compression..The experimental results show that during the compression process,the thickness of the two kinds of carbon fiber fabrics decreases with the increase of the stress,the stress increases with the increase of the compression time,the compression time increases with the increase of the setting agent content,and the relaxation ability increases with the increase of the setting agent content.After compression,the relaxation rate of the two kinds of carbon fiber preformed fabrics increases gradually with the increase of setting agent content.The proportion of elastic rebound deformation of the two carbon fiber preformed fabrics decreases gradually,the proportion of viscoelastic rebound deformation increases gradually,and the proportion of permanent deformation increases.
