摘　　要：设计了1副特殊结构的模具用于发动机扭弯机油管附件盖的注射成型,模具结构为6板式无顶出机构,采用潜伏式浇口,经3次分型打开模具。模具中设置3种机构实现塑件的自动化生产,分别为:简易圆弧滑块抽芯机构实现弯管内壁的抽芯;液压缸驱动螺纹旋转抽芯机构实现塑件外螺纹特征的脱模;推板推出塑件实现完全脱模。A set of mould with special structure was designed for injection molding the plastic parts of the liquid extraction cover.The mould structure was a 6-plate mould without ejection mecha⁃nism,which adopted submarine gate and opened three times.In the mould,three mechanisms were set up to realize the automatic injection production of plastic parts,which as follow:simple arc slide core pulling mechanism to realize the core pulling and demoulding of the inner wall of the elbow;the screw thread rotation core pulling mechanism driven by the oil cylinder to realize the demoulding of the external thread characteristics of the plastic part;the plastic was pushed out by the push plate to realize the complete demoulding.
