辽西地区农村住宅的更新模式探析

摘　　要：在城镇化的快速推进下,辽西地区的农村住宅正处于无序更新的困境中,传统的地域文化特征逐渐消逝。在梳理建筑的整体特征与现状问题的基础上,以原型思想为认识论,模块化理论为方法论,探讨二者的联系,形成"原型—模块"的研究方法,借此研究辽西农村住宅的更新模式。探究辽西传统民居在发展演变中变与不变的规律,识别空间组合模式和风貌要素两个层次的原型,通过空间组合模式原型的新生和风貌要素原型的再生,实现传统文化和地域特征的延续,同时解决村民日益提高的生活需求与现有民居空间的矛盾。With the rapid development of urbanization,rural housing in western Liaoning is in a dilemma of disorderly renewal,and the traditional regional cultural characteristics are gradually disappearing.On the basis of sorting out the overall characteristics and current problems of buildings,using the prototype idea as the epistemology and the modularization theory as the methodology,exploring the relationship between the two,a"prototype"-"module"research method is formed,to study the renewal model of rural housing in western Liaoning Province.This paper explores the changing and unchanging rules of the traditional residences in the development and evolution of western Liaoning Province,identifies the prototype of spatial combination mode and feature elements,realizes the continuation of traditional culture and regional characteristics through the rebirth of spatial combination model prototype and the regeneration of style element prototype,and solves the contradiction between the increasing living needs of villagers and the existing residential space.
