摘　　要：语言变异指的是对常规语言规则的突破和创新,标题口号是促使语言创新演变的重要平台之一。《今日说法》节目标题中的语言变异主要有语法变异和语义变异两种类型,其变异的动因是创设悬念或者突出焦点,提高关注度,从而实现标题与观众的最大关联,达到最佳的传播效果。Language variation refers to the violation and innovation of conventional language rules.The title is one of the important areas where the innovation and evolution of language occur.There are two types of variation in the title of Legal Report:grammatical and semantic.They are motivated by creating suspense or highlighting the focus and drawing attention,so as to achieve the best communication effect by maximally connecting the title and the viewers.
