摘　　要：立式柱塞计量泵是往复泵的一种,具有平均流量恒定,介质适应性强、吸入性能好的特点。本文所研究的立式柱塞计量泵是一种单缸可调式柱塞泵,在核工业中用于输送含有放射性的液体。在试验中发现立式柱塞计量泵在小流量规格下,其自吸能力与吸入能力存在较大差别;通过对理论分析以及样机试验,验证了余隙容积对于自吸能力的影响。Vertical Plunger Metering Pump is single cylinder,adjustable plunger pump,as a kind of Reciprocating Pump,characterized by smooth average flow,strong adaptability to the media,and good suction capability,applied to radioactive liquid delivery.It is found in the test that its self-priming performance and suction performance of the small flow specification are quite different.The influence of clearance volume on self-priming is verified by analysis and test.
