摘　　要：目的:科学地探讨中医药院校中医药类与非医药类大学生就业压力的现状及影响因素。方法:通过对我校应届与往届本科毕业生进行问卷调查,收集到366名学生的有效信息,其中筛选出毕业去向为就业的学生172人,对中医药相关专业与非中医药相关专业进行对比分析。结果:对毕业去向为就业的172名毕业生按照毕业专业分为医药类相关专业组(包括针灸、药学、第一临床)与非医药类相关专业组(包括信息工程、经济管理),进行对比分析,生源地、专业成绩、工作地点、单位性质、薪资、与所学专业的相关性6个因素上有显著差异(P<0.05);性别与毕业年份上无显著差异。Objective:to scientifically explore the current situation and influencing factors of employment pressure of college students of traditional Chinese medicine and non-traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The effective information of 366 college graduates was collected through a questionnaire survey.Among them,172 graduates were selected for employment,this paper makes a comparative analysis between the traditional Chinese medicine and non-traditional Chinese medicine.Results:172 graduates were divided into medicine-related professional group(including acupuncture,pharmacy,first clinical)and non-medicine-related professional group(including information engineering,economic management)according to their major,the results showed that there were significant differences in six factors(P<0.05),such as the origin of students,professional achievements,work place,unit nature,salary,and the correlation with the major studied,and there was no significant difference in gender and the year of graduation.
