摘 要:装配式混凝土路面结构开裂将大大缩短其使用寿命。为研究装配式混凝土路面板在使用阶段的受力特性及在脱空条件下的力学行为特征,本文以深圳市固戍水质净化厂二期道路工程为例,结合数值模拟结果对比分析上述两种状态下的受力特性。结果表明:在正常条件、脱空条件下的混凝土路面板受力特性均未达到开裂值;脱空条件下的混凝土路面板较正常条件下的Von-Mises应力值大;脱空条件下的路面板虽未到开裂极限,但其受力情况整体大于正常条件,结合时间效应考虑,路面板将加速开裂和破坏。The cracking of prefabricated concrete pavement structure will greatly shorten its service life.In order to study the mechanical characteristics of prefabricated pavement slabs in service stage and mechanical behavior characteristics under void condition, the mechanical characteristics under the above two conditions are compared and analyzed, combined with numerical simulation results, by taking the road engineering of Shenzhen Gushu Water Purification Plant Phase Ⅱ as an example.The results show that: Under normal condition and void condition, the stress characteristics of concrete pavement slabs do not reach the cracking value.The Von-Mises stress of concrete pavement slabs under void condition is larger than that under normal condition.Although the pavement slabs under void condition do not reach the cracking limit, the overall stress condition is greater than that under normal condition.Considering the time effect, the cracking and destruction of pavement panels will accelerate.
