摘  要:立交桥在城市复杂施工条件下需要多次跨越既有高架桥。本文以长沙市湘府路万家丽立交工程为例,施工方案采用大型塔吊对钢箱梁进行整节段吊装,一次跨越既有高架桥。能有效解决现场施工位置狭小、吊装高度大、地铁交叉施工、交通压力大等难题,在复杂施工条件下将多层立交桥施工对城市交通干扰降到了最低。该施工技术可为国内同类型的钢箱梁跨线施工提供一定的借鉴与参考。Overpasses need to cross the existing viaduct many times under the complex urban construction conditions.Taking as an example the Wanjiali interchange project located at Xiangfu Road in Changsha City,a large tower crane is used to lift the whole section of steel box girder and cross the existing viaduct at one time,which effectively solves such difficulties as narrow construction location,high lifting height,subway crossing construction,high traffic pressure,etc.under the complex construction conditions,the construction of multi-layer interchange reduces the urban traffic interference to the minimum.The construction technology can provide references for the same type of domestic steel box girder construction in the future.
