摘  要:传统外墙砖空鼓检测方法存在诸多缺点,推广无损检测方法势在必行。本文分别采用红外热像法和三维激光扫描法对建筑外墙进行无损检测,并对检测结果进行比对分析。结果表明:红外热像法可以高效检测外墙空鼓缺陷,但易受天气及外墙颜色影响;三维激光扫描法可有效弥补红外热像法的缺点,可用于修正红外热像法检测结果。本文研究成果可为建筑外墙砖无损检测提供一定的参考与借鉴。There are many deficiencies in the traditional detection methods of the empty drum of exterior wall tiles,so it's imperative to promote non-destructive detection methods.Infrared thermal imaging method and 3-D laser scanning method are used for non-destructive detection of building exterior wall,and the test results are compared and analyzed.The results show that the infrared thermal imaging method can effectively detect the empty drum drawback of exterior wall,but it is easily affected by weather and exterior wall color.3-D laser scanning method can effectively make up for the deficiencies of infrared thermal imaging method,and can be used to correct the detection results of infrared thermal imaging method.The research results can provide references for non-destructive detection of building exterior titles.
