虚实结合的土霉素发酵罐控制系统在实验教学中的应用

摘　　要：在PLC实验室,建设真实的被控对象实验装置难度大,维护困难,功能无法更新,无法满足多样化教学需求。因此设计、开发了土霉素发酵罐虚拟仿真控制系统,可用于过程控制和PLC等课程的实验教学。该系统采用罗克韦尔PLC为控制器,使用MATLAB搭建SY3010B型土霉素发酵罐的数学模型,RSViewSE软件组态虚拟界面,通过RSLinx软件实现PLC与被控对象之间基于OPC的通讯。根据土霉素发酵工艺的要求,利用该平台对发酵罐内部影响其产物优劣的两个重要因素温度和发酵液PH值实现基于PID的控制算法,使其基本稳定在土霉素发酵各阶段的最适值,实时数值曲线通过监控界面显示。结果表明,系统利用以工程实际案例为背景开发的虚拟仿真实验系统开展实验教学,可以实现激发学生学习兴趣、培养学生创新能力、提高学习效果的目的。In PLC laboratory, it is difficult to build a real controlled object experimental device, maintenance is difficult, function cannot be updated, and cannot meet the diversified teaching needs. The design adopts the Rockwell PLC as the controller, MATLAB is used to build the mathematical model of the oxytetracycline fermentation tank SY3010 B. RSView SE software is used to configure virtual interface, and RSLinx software is used to realize the communication of the virtual simulation platform based on OPC. According to the requirements of oxytetracycline fermentation technology, we apply the PID algorithm for the two important factors, temperature and PH, which affecting the products quality inside the fermentation tank, and making it basically stable at the optimum value of different stages in terramycin fermentation with this platform. The real-time numerical curves can be displayed on the monitor interface. The results show that virtual simulation experiment system developed on practical engineering cases stimulate students’"interest in learning, cultivate students’"innovation ability and improve the learning effect.
